I want to apologize for not posting much the past month. There was an extreme lack of drama in the x360a GSL in the last few weeks. KoTOR ended up winning after kicking out all of their competition. Granted their competition was cheating and/or racist. We might see some new GSL Drama posts thanks to x3h running another GSL. In fact the drama forecast is looking excellent. Before the league has even started, Tripl299 decided to outdo his hissy fit last season by throwing another one and leaving x3h and taking "his" GSL with him. There might be more info in the first official x3h GSL Drama post in a couple weeks.
I have played a few games over the past month that I would like to share some thoughts on.
Score International Baja 1000 has to be the worst racing game in the past 2 generations of consoles. The graphics are on par with the N64 and the driving mechanics are out done by some NES games. It boggles my mind how such a bad game could get released in this day and age.
X-Blades could quite possibly be the most horrible game that had high potential. I don't even know where to start. I have enjoyed games of the style of x-blades in the past. So why was this one so bad? Arena style hack and slash where fights don't seem to end, god awful story, aggravating controls, and it made me want to sleep.
Legends Of Wrestlemania and 50 Cent was surprisingly fun. LoW was great just for the nostalgia value of the Relive Wrestlemania mode. And 50 cent was a fun arcadey co-op shooter that me and my bro 1k'd in about 2 sittings.
Too Human was another game that I thought was excellent but had a bad reputation. It's a fun hack and slash Diablo clone. Try it out if you enjoyed Diablo/Diablo 2 on pc.
Now to my real reason for making a blog post. In the last 2 hours I have passed Omega Deez in gamerscore TWICE!

I passed him up before I fell asleep at 5 in the morning and when I woke up at 2 I finished up LoW to pass him up again. Passing Omega has been a goal of mine for at least 40-50k now. He usually stayed within 10k ahead of me and at points I would get within 3k but he would bust out some games and get the lead again. Personally I think I can thank GoW2 and him replaying games like Mass Effect on his 2nd account Skin Flute. Now if he will keep doing that, I can maybe beat him to 200k.
Omega is the Nightman to my Day Man.
